The place is fairly clean, albiet somewhat noisy.submitted by Daniel D. - |Recommended: YesYou are not often bothered while living your life. People keep to themselves, but are friendly. You can hear thudding in the hallways, and the fire alarm goes off about once every two months. It is under new management, so perhaps a positive change. Parking is always open, though you need your sticker or you will be towed. The entry doors can be a little wonky, and you have to get a hang of it to gain access. This means if you like to carry in a large load of groceries, you should keep it to five on each arm, with one hand always free to swipe open the hallway. I registered two apartment related complaints since living here for two years, and they were fixed within the day, or the day after. So that is nice. Other than that, it feels more like a home and not an apartment. O, they allow small pets, and have a dog run with cute little bag stands provided by the dog run. Yep, its pretty ok.
